Our Ceremony practice begins with a warm-up to align and awaken the body through breath, visualization, and movement. From there, we flow into guided somatic work on the mat to release energy and increase connection within the body- all while providing strength training and breaking a sweat!
As the class builds, you’ll be led into our intuitive dance practice- shaking off performative pressure and allowing the body to move intuitively. Closing out this ceremonial experience, we end with a powerful visualization—being supported and surrounded by both your earthly and heavenly team as They celebrate the ceremony that is your life.
Finishing with a meditation on the mat, we are left filled with light, surrounded by Divine Help, and clear on who we are.
