Intuitive healing is the process of handing your healing back to your Divine ability to heal, and that of your Divine Team.
As we intuitively listen, your energy guides the session by clearing generational patterns, childhood traumas, trapped emotions, blocks in your energy field, misaligned beliefs, and releasing any other energy that is not Divinely yours.
As we do this, we restore your energy back to your body where you can receive the clarity, peace, and healing you deserve. We also restore you to your Divine Source and Their unique communication with you. If this calls to you, you’re ready… and I am so glad you’re here!
Each session is guided by your intentions and your connection to the Divine—however you experience it. I always begin by asking what’s present on your heart—whether it’s an emotion, a situation, or simply a feeling you’d like clarity around. I’ll also ask how you relate to Source—be it God, the Universe, Spirit—so that we can invite that presence into our time together in a way that feels aligned for you.
From there, we’ll often begin with a meditative, eyes-closed journey. During this part, I intuitively receive guidance through imagery, emotion, and energetic impressions that may reveal what’s ready to be seen, released, or healed. Sometimes we work with ancestral energy or symbols from your inner world; sometimes the shift is subtle, sometimes profound.
As we return to open-eyed conversation, we’ll explore what came through together. I’ll continue to receive intuitive insight as we talk—sometimes around relationships, generational patterns, or even specific memories or emotions you may not have consciously been aware of. No two sessions are the same, but each one is held in a space of deep presence, trust, and compassion—always with the intention of helping you reconnect to your own truth and inner alignment.
In intuitive healing, we allow YOUR energy and your Source to guide the session. The truth is that your energy knows how to heal itself and will innately work with your Divine Source to do this. During the session, we allow your spirit (energy) to speak, and we listen.
Throughout the course of a session, we might encounter inner child work, ancestral patterns and generational trauma, emotion release, uncovering of spiritual gifts, release of foreign energies, energetic boundaries, connection to angels and guides, and more.
Whatever your energy directs you to during a session, the goal is for you to feel more connected to your spirit and your Divine Source, and more empowered to do this for yourself and those you love long after the session.
