Your spirit knows how to heal itself, and it stores everything about you and what you have experienced (pre-mortally and in mortality) inside of itself. In intuitive healing, we connect this spiritual intelligence and memory to the Source it belongs to. With your Divine Source as mediator, we are then guided into your highest healing and alignment that day.
What happens in a session?
In intuitive healing sessions, we begin by connecting your spirit to its Divine Source through a light-centered meditation. Once we are aligned, your spirit speaks, and we listen. Every session is different and unique, with potential to be led into inner child work, ancestral patterns, generational trauma, emotion release, release of foreign energies, connection to angels/ancestors, energetic boundaries, and more.
What is Allowance, Sharing, and Light?
These three principles are the foundational steps of Divine Alignment that we practice here at Align Intuitive Healing:
Allowance: Our feelings and experiences must be allowed in order for them to be aligned and/or cleared. They have to have space to exist in order for God to help. The experience of Allowance aids us in being present with our experience so we can share it with our Divine Family.
Sharing: Alignment is sharing- with the right Source. Like a car, we align by authentically sharing more of our experiences with our Divine Family and the power They have. They want to share the load and They come to YOU.
Light: The Source that we share our experiences with matters. Here at Align Intuitive Healing, we take our sharing to the altar of Divine Light, as opposed to an altar that resonates with and amplifies the foreign energies we experience. We share with Light in order to receive clarity, protection, discernment and Divine help. Even if we are not experiencing light, we ARE light, so we return to this Source as we share.

Your Source is Jesus Christ, do I have to be Christian to have a session with you?
No, you don’t! It is important to me to be rooted in my Divine Source in order to maintain my personal alignment as I practice intuitive healing. As I do that, I am also intentional about creating a safe space for any person from any spiritual background. I have clients who range from devout Christian to atheist, and every session is beautiful and Divinely led.
Is it like reiki? Is it hands-on healing?
It is not reiki, although chakra work can come up in a session.
Intuitive healing is not hands-on healing. You are able to verbally participate as much as you would like, or you can sit back, relax, and allow your energy to speak and guide the session through feeling.
Is intuitive healing the same as energy healing?
Yes and no. Intuitive healing is a form of energy healing that is God-centered and Spirit-led. Meaning your intuition is engaged, your Spirit is guiding, and your Divine Source is the healing power.
This is energy work, because everything is energy, most especially your Spirit and your God. We are specific about intuition here at AIH because it is critical to be intentional about the energy we are connected to. We only engage with the energy of your own Divine Light (your Spirit) and a Divine Source- the only Sources of truth. In this space, all intuitive work is Light and God-centered.
I haven’t had any traumatic experiences, what can I get out of this kind of work?
I am thrilled that you asked. Here at Align Intuitive Healing, we are shifting our understanding of healing away from repairing woundedness and into its higher truth- alignment with our Divine Selves. Healing is synonymous with alignment.
The questions that can help gauge whether this work would be a good fit for you are:
