Ceremony is an intuitive dance practice where we honor ancient patterns of movement to restore the body to its Divine Roots- as a vessel for connection, healing, and becoming.
Through somatic movement, visualization, and intentional dance, we align chakras, clear foreign energies, and connect to our Divine Help. We leave this sacred space more clear around who we are and the support that we have… seen and unseen.

In intuitive healing, we allow YOUR energy and your Source to guide the session. The truth is that your energy knows how to heal itself and will innately work with your Divine Source to do this. During the session, we allow your spirit (energy) to speak, and we listen.
Throughout the course of a session, we might encounter inner child work, ancestral patterns and generational trauma, emotion release, uncovering of spiritual gifts, release of foreign energies, energetic boundaries, connection to angels and guides, and more.
Whatever your energy directs you to during a session, the goal is for you to feel more connected to your spirit and your Divine Source, and more empowered to do this for yourself and those you love long after the session.
