At Align Intuitive Healing, we understand that unexpected things can come up and schedules may need to change. We kindly ask that clients cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible so that space may be opened for others who may be waiting to book.
Canceling a Session:
After booking a Healing Session or Ceremony Session, you will receive a confirmation email containing a cancellation link.
Using this cancellation link will:
Clients may cancel their booking using this link up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

At this time, refunds are not processed automatically through the website.
If you cancel a booking and believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact Kenzi directly via email to coordinate the refund process.
Both clients and Align Intuitive Healing receive booking invoice receipts, which will be used to verify refund amounts when applicable.
Kenzi will respond to all cancellation and refund-related emails as soon as possible.
